About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our clients. Your expertise in food preparation and presentation will be essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with national nutritional policies and food hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure timely plating and delivery of meals to client areas.
  • Contribute to the development of new menus and production systems.
  • Manage food stores and requisition additional supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Cook to City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 standard and Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Knowledge and experience across a broad range of cooking methods, recipe formulation, and service requirements.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HACCP & COSHH acquired over time with training.
  • Intimate knowledge of Fire Safety as applied in the kitchen setting.
  • Allergen qualification/training.
