Job Title: SEN Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at 1st Staff. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tuition sessions to students with special educational needs, helping them gain confidence and achieve their qualifications.

About the Role

As a SEN Teacher, you will work with students aged 4-25 years old, providing individualized support and adapting lesson plans to meet their unique needs. You will be part of a supportive team that includes lead tutors, safeguarding leads, curriculum leads, and a Head of Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tuition sessions to students with special educational needs
  • Adapt lesson plans to meet individual student needs
  • Build rapport with students and their families
  • Identify and overcome barriers to learning
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure student success
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, families, and the support team.
