About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our team at Bairstow Eves in Peterborough. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
