Luxury Property Development Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Property Development Support Professional to join our team at Capstone.

About the Job:

  • This role involves working closely with the Project Team to ensure the delivery of luxurious residential and hotel projects for high-net-worth clients.
  • Collaboration is key in this role, requiring close working relationships with project support roles to maintain a streamlined approach and achieve effective project outcomes.
  • A key aspect of this job is producing, formatting, and managing essential documents, agreements, reports, and spreadsheets to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • You will also be responsible for building relationships with diverse range of stakeholders to support efficient project and task management.
  • Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and formatting of presentation materials for client meetings and presentations.
  • Suitable candidates will also support the creation of contracts and other formal documents, including organization of print materials as needed.
  • Maintaining templates current and accessible for efficient use is another critical responsibility.
  • You will coordinate and compile reports and (when necessary) invoice schedules for the Project Team.
  • As part of this role, you will organize project meetings, liaising with external stakeholders to ensure productive and successful outcomes.
  • You will also assist with arranging travel and related logistics for the Project Team.
  • Recording minutes or notes during meetings when required is also a requirement.
  • Lastly, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for the Office and Company.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Has previous experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a luxury property development environment.
  • Will be willing to assist with administrative tasks to support the Project Team and contribute to efficient, high-quality project delivery.

The salary for this role is estimated at £47,500 per annum. The ideal candidate will have a background in project coordination and excellent communication skills.
