Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a key member of our catering operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service and customer experience across our university contracts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the education sector. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising teams to ensure delivery of exceptional food and customer service
  • Overseeing the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including inventory management and budget monitoring
  • Communicating with senior management to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Identifying opportunities for new service concepts to drive sales growth
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams to exceed expectations
  • Supporting and training teams to excel in their roles
  • Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' management experience in a similar sector or industry
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
