Job Description:

Coffee Shop Business Leader

Compass UK & Ireland is a major High Street brand that's looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional food and world-class customer service, as well as the ability to motivate our team to be their best.

We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we need someone who shares our vision. As a Coffee Shop Business Leader, you'll have the presence and personality to influence our day-to-day business, help drive sales growth, and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotions strategies
  • Contribute to the development of our company's strategic plans and goals
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in our coffee shop

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
