About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our delivery and warehouse team at Sparkworld, a well-established family business in the South West of England.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and installing kitchen appliances to customers' homes throughout Devon and parts of Somerset and Cornwall.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering and installing kitchen appliances to customers' homes as part of a two-man team
  • Performing daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Picking and loading for daily deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Communicating with customers over the phone prior to delivery to confirm details and expectations
  • Preparing waste packaging for recycling and maintaining company standards and health and safety policies
  • Completing between-branch deliveries and working as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Delivering kitchen units and worktops to customers' homes
Requirements
  • Previous experience driving a Luton van
  • Ability to work methodically and accurately, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
