We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Property Personnel in Winchester, Hampshire.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee the efficient running of the lettings and management team, driving growth and development within the Winchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the lettings and management team to achieve exceptional delivery of service to clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business for the office
  • Manage the client database and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the team to maximize cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and reporting on development performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in residential lettings
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiating and presentational skills
  • Sound team orientated interpersonal skills and experience of communicating effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance legislation
  • IT literacy including experience in the use of residential software packages

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £45,000
  • On target earnings in the region of £55,000 to £60,000
