Warehouse Operations Specialist

At Red Recruit Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight, as well as maintaining accurate records and adhering to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of all freight, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies to the relevant department.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep.
- Assist with the receipt and dispatch of freight, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to achieve efficient and safe working practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in warehouse operations.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably with FLT certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
