Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Adult Duty Social Worker to join our client's team in London Borough of Camden. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing care needs and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Providing support and guidance to clients and their families
- Managing caseloads and prioritizing tasks effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold:
- HCPC Registration
- 1 year post qualifying experience within UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
