Forensic Health Coordinator

Role Overview
The Sexual Offence Examiner will be responsible for providing holistic assessments, undertaking forensic examinations, and documenting injuries using a camera system. You will also share information where appropriate, produce individual management plans, and support quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone advice to patients and colleagues
- Undertake holistic assessments, including sexual health, mental health, and safeguarding
- Use a camera system to document injuries
- Share information where appropriate
- Produce individual management plans
- Support continued quality improvement of the service
- Forensic examinations and obtaining forensic exhibits
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified Registered Nurse, Midwife, or Paramedic
- NMC pin, RGN
- A minimum of 3 years + Nursing post-qualification experience in acute medical healthcare
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults and children
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children and adults
- Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality
- A full UK driving license
