Our client, a leading HGV maintenance company, is seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join their team in Coatbridge. As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for fault diagnosis and rectification, adhering to DVSA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault diagnosis and rectification with a first-time fix policy
- Knowledge and experience of automotive electrical systems, circuit diagrams, charging & multiplex systems, laptop diagnostics, use of multi-meters and other test equipment
- Understanding of DVSA standards, preferably gained within the Locomotive/HGV industries
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship as an Auto Electrician
- Experience working in the bus, train, or commercial vehicle sector
- Preferably qualified at NVQ level 3 standard (City and Guilds Level 2)
