As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at supporting warehouse operations. You will work as part of a team to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized and clean inventory storage areas, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack products according to order requirements, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to clients.
  • Stock Replenishment: Assist in restocking shelves and storage areas as needed, maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment, reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of received and shipped goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math and written communication skills.
  • Physical fitness for lifting and moving items as needed.

Desirable:

  • Flexi Truck License.

Other Job Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Salary: £20,000-£22,750.
