Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake all necessary general and specific duties to maintain a clean, safe, and tidy environment.
  • Use equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and carers.
  • Carry out a range of general assistant tasks in public, kitchen, and laundry areas.
  • Lift and move objects safely.

  • Report any health and safety hazards or issues.

Requirements

  • Experience of general assistant support in a customer-focused environment.
  • Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme Record (PVG) or willingness to become a scheme member.
