Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in building and optimizing chatbot experiences.
  • A passion for delivering customer-centric products and services.
  • Proven track record as a Product Owner, leading end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience working on large Agile projects, with a strong understanding of Scrum and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent documentation skills, including user stories, use cases, and flow diagrams.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders.
