Job Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Development Lead to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing the MPA schedule on all new model and MSO vehicles.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • You will be responsible for creating and managing the MPA schedule, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.
  • You will also lead the feedback of topics to cross-functional teams for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the MPA schedule on all new model and MSO vehicles.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Lead the feedback of topics to cross-functional teams for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive testing and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per year.
