In this role, you will play a key part in driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization, with a focus on enhancing forecasting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data trends and report insights to stakeholders
  • Lead weekly network planning meetings to discuss future volumes, challenges, and opportunities
  • Report on network planning performance, including key KPIs and data insights
  • Develop and implement process improvements using industrial engineering techniques (IMS Certificate, Performance Rating, Tectime)
  • Ensure compliance with safety management policies (IOSH/NEBOSH Certification) and MS Office proficiency
  • Maintain a motivated and results-driven approach, adapting to business needs and flexibility in working hours
