Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Java Developers to join our expanding teams in either London or Poole based offices. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems using Java 17 and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality Java software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
  • Deep knowledge of core Java and relevant technologies such as SpringBoot, Microservices, TDD, Apache Flink, Hadoop, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, GPRC, and Redis
  • Experience working in a Financial Services company or a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
