We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a research background in decision making from a psychological or analytic perspective. As a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship holder, you will work closely with our team to develop innovative ways to present information and communicate probabilities to government departments and emergency responders.

You will be based at the University of Leeds but may require visits to the Met Office in Exeter. To be eligible for this role, you must hold a valid Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £39,105 to £46,485 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a generous pension scheme, and discounted staff membership options at our state-of-the-art gym.
