Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to the pupil, assisting them in engaging with classroom activities and promoting their social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement personalised learning strategies and behaviour management plans.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the pupil's unique needs and abilities.
  • Assist with daily routines and transitions to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience.
  • Monitor and report on the pupil's progress, working closely with the wider team to adjust strategies as needed.
