About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in the UK & EU regions, specializing in the Biossance brand. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to drive marketing strategy and execution across key markets.

Job Summary

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy to support business growth in the UK & EU regions. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with retailers, managing marketing support across all channels, and analyzing performance metrics for insights into brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to support business growth in the UK & EU regions.
  • BUILD JBP's (Joint Business Plans) with retailers to strengthen go-to-market strategies for NPD (New Product Development) and core products.
  • Manage marketing support across digital, direct, paid, and influencer channels.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to gain insights into brand performance.
  • Work closely with the Senior National Account Manager (NAM) to develop solid JBP's and drive revenue collaboratively.
  • Build strong relationships with retailer marketing teams.
  • Actively manage PR agencies in the UK and EU regions.
  • Increase brand awareness through strategic PR and influencer partnerships.
  • Effectively allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximize impact and ensure effective ROI.
