About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team at ThePlaceToBe. As a key member of our E-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and optimize the online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics to inform data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve e-commerce operations

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, and experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp. You will be a confident communicator with excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
