We are seeking an experienced Chemical Production Specialist to join our team at Venatu Consulting Ltd.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Process Operator looking to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced chemical plant environment.

You will be responsible for manufacturing products according to relevant production records, conducting in-process testing, and ensuring the quality and storage of raw materials and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture products as per production records, including in-process testing
  • Check and offload incoming raw materials
  • Ensure finished products are packaged correctly according to customer specifications
  • Load finished products onto transport vehicles
  • Adhere to company and statutory health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
  • Maintain correct storage of products
  • Assist with maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Experience operating plant equipment for product production
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
  • High personal standards, self-motivation, and safety awareness
  • Basic laboratory analysis experience (e.g. pH, viscosity) desirable
  • UK full driving license essential
  • Forklift truck experience desirable
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • Overtime paid at 1/2 after 40 hours
