Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at a specialist manufacturing business based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inbound process of goods, ensuring accurate stock system records are maintained.
  • Assist with annual stock take and maintain storage disciplines, systems, and records.
  • Issue stock internally and pack goods for shipment to customer sites.
  • Check each item for visual defects and highlight these defects to the Quality team.
  • Liaise with the Dispatch Department to confirm order completion.
  • Assist team members with organizing and maintaining stocks of packing materials.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's transferable experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literate with strong IT skills, ideally ERP system experience.
  • Capable of effective multi-tasking and attention to detail.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Physically fit, due to the fact there is some lifting required.
