We're seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our Butlin's team in Skegness. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll have the opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in one of our fantastic food venues.
A Butlin's resort is the epitome of getting stuck in, and our restaurants offer an unparalleled guest experience. We're looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role who can bring their expertise to our fast-paced kitchen environment.
You'll need to be a hard worker, determined, and a reliable person who can consistently deliver our brand standards. We're looking for candidates who are energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving, with a passion for leading a team to achieve exceptional results.
As a Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met. You'll also be part of a bonus scheme and work five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week.
