We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction, leading and engaging the team, and getting involved with making beverages, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers. This role may require late night working and closing of the store, so the successful candidate will be 18 years or over.
