Protocol Education is seeking a Full-Time Temporary to Permanent SEN Early Years Teacher to join their team at a specialist school in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a real difference in the lives of children with severe learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching children with severe learning difficulties and be able to design and deliver engaging and purposeful resources, working closely with Teaching Assistants to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as weekly pay and a refer-a-friend scheme.

Requirements:
  • Experience teaching children with severe learning difficulties
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and purposeful resources
  • Confidence in managing a team of Teaching Assistants
  • QTS qualified
  • EYFS experience
