Homecare Specialist

The estimated salary for this role is £12.75-£19 per hour plus mileage, with enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, pension scheme, benefits, and well-being platform offered.

We are seeking caring and self-motivated individuals who can help people manage their personal care within their own homes. The role involves supporting individuals who have been discharged from hospital or may have had an illness, crisis, fall at home or change in circumstances.

You will be part of a close-knit team, working alongside individuals to improve their long-term independence. No social care experience is required, but you must be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge.
