About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at ABMI. As a key member of our engineering consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for industrial steel structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with building layout and piping teams to coordinate design efforts.
  • Work with CAD designers to prepare design drawings and models.
  • Manage engineering changes in accordance with company procedures.
  • Receive, analyze, and verify the consistency of input data.
  • Coordinate CAD design activities.
  • Perform design activities for fastenings and anchorages in concrete.
  • Perform technical verifications of civil engineering documents.
  • Create and maintain the Design Risk Register.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering.
  • Steelwork engineering design office experience, particularly in the design and detailing of industrial steel structures.
  • Experience in the nuclear sector is advantageous.
  • Previous experience with Eurocodes related to steelwork engineering.
