Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and efficient Team Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a professional environment and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
The role will involve resource planning, analysis and reporting, as well as data management and maintenance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating and editing department reports and templates, and providing billing support.
We are looking for someone who is able to build strong relationships with other administrators across the firm to help provide a comprehensive client support service. The successful candidate will also be required to provide ad-hoc support and administration as required.
