We are seeking an experienced Development Management Assistant to join our team at Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council, based in Aberaeron.

As a key member of our Development Management Service, you will be responsible for investigating breaches of planning control and implementing enforcement interventions as necessary.

This is a permanent, part-time position that requires a degree or equivalent in Town and Country Planning or a related discipline. You must also have the ability to work with limited supervision and meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality service to the public and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

A degree of fluency in the Welsh language is required, although we will provide full support to help successful applicants reach the necessary standard within two years.

We offer a competitive salary of £**32,000 - £36,999**, plus a range of benefits including flexible working, hybrid working options, and a generous employer pension scheme.
