Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a leading provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions, we are looking for a candidate with previous experience working in a busy body shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate vehicle damage to determine repair costs and feasibility
  • Work closely with body shop technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including bonus hours

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy body shop
  • Strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
