About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at phs Group. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining waste management equipment on a reactive and scheduled basis.
">Main Responsibilities:

- To service and maintain waste management equipment in accordance with customer requirements and SLAs.">
- To diagnose and repair faults on waste management equipment using hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams.">
- To work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.">
- To maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.">
- To remain up-to-date with the latest industry developments and training opportunities.">
What You'll Need:
">We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer who has:

- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.">
- Ability to understand hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams.">
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles.">
- Experience working with test equipment.">
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.">
