**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly skilled Deputy Nursery Manager to join our client's team in Brentford, London. As a key member of the nursery management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the setting delivers the highest standards of childcare and early years education.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of care and education
* Oversee the planning and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all children
* Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a positive and collaborative community
* Support the Nursery Manager in managing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance reviews
* Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing budgets
* Step in for the Nursery Manager when they're absent, ensuring smooth operation and continuity of care

**Requirements:**
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent); higher qualifications preferred
* Significant experience in an early years setting, with previous management or supervisory experience
* Strong knowledge of early childhood education theories and practices
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
