Marketing & Communications Manager

Ultimate Banking is seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to promote our mortgage and savings products across digital, intermediary, and branch channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives
Manage and execute campaigns to support our new business targets across both mortgages and savings
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support our retention targets
Manage external communications and PR activity, including social media channels
Ensure our website and associated brochureware reflects our brand values and tone of voice
Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve our digital customer experience

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing retail mortgages or savings products across multiple channels
A track record of developing innovative and creative marketing campaigns
Experience in SEO and social media marketing and communications would be an advantage
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relating to the marketing of savings and products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
