Position Overview

As a Project Manager specializing in Commercial Risk at Aon, you will leverage your expertise in Project Management or BID Management to enhance our operations within a globally recognized risk management and insurance firm.

This role offers a hybrid working environment, allowing flexibility to operate both remotely and from various regional offices.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and collaborative setting, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and client presentations, while collaborating with team members to formulate effective strategies.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on schedule.
  • Organizing finalist presentations, coordinating rehearsals, and handling logistics for meetings.
  • Evaluating client insurance program coverage and structure with assistance from subject matter experts.
  • Gathering insights from the organization, articulating value propositions, and collaborating with Creative Design teams to craft compelling visuals and messaging for RFPs and client pitches.
  • Editing content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with branding standards.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of RFP responses prior to submission, including managing peer reviews and ensuring quality control.
  • Leading post-bid evaluations to refine content and update Aon's RFP content library.
  • Adhering to Aon policies and relevant legislation.
  • Building and nurturing trusted relationships with colleagues across the organization.
  • Updating project-specific online systems.
