Job Summary:

Dunbar Education is delighted to be recruiting for a highly skilled and dedicated Teacher of Religious Studies to join our dynamic Humanities department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons to students across all key stages, inspiring and motivating them to achieve high academic outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Develop, plan, and deliver innovative lesson plans to cater to students of varying abilities.
  • Foster a love for Religious Studies among students, promoting achievement and deepening their knowledge and understanding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to inform future teaching and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Religious Studies at Key Stages 3 and 4, with experience at KS5 being highly desirable.
  • Implement behavior management strategies and promote inclusive education.
  • Adapt to a multicultural, diverse learning environment while maintaining a commitment to excellence.

What We Offer:

  • A salary ranging from £31,756 to £49,544, depending on experience, plus a £3,391 responsibility allowance for experienced candidates.
  • A full-time, permanent contract.
