Main Responsibilities

As an Applications Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and integration of data models across strategic technology platforms, tools, and systems. This includes managing data governance processes, access to information, and leading on reporting and financial administration to support the IT team. You will create and maintain master data dictionaries to lay the Business Intelligence foundation and distinguish GxP, non-GxP, PII, and non-PII data points.

Key Skills and Experiences

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in data management, preferably in a fast-paced Healthcare/Pharma/CRO environment. You should have experience supporting major enterprise business change initiatives from a data perspective, developing and applying data best practices. Strong data modeling skills, knowledge of industry best practices around data architecture, and experience working across different data platforms are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required, as you will work closely with business and technical teams.
