Your Key Responsibilities

You will join our Sulzer Services UK & Nordics business as an operations management trainee, working within a team that delivers cutting-edge technology-based solutions for complex maintenance projects. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Managing procurement processes
  • Ensuring quality standards
  • Developing planning and scheduling strategies

You will participate in initiatives aimed at improving productivity, enhancing quality, and reducing costs, while contributing to cross-functional transformation programs and generating innovative ideas. You will gain exposure to multiple operational and business areas, project management, and profit and loss management.
