Responsibilities:

* Repair and renew roofing trusses, soffit fascia, and barge boards
* Repair and renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, and partition walls
* Repair and renew doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, and balustrades
* Repair and renew kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
* Repair and replace ironmongery to doors and windows
* Reglaze timber fencing and gates
* Carry out multi-trade skilled work in other construction trades, including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor plumbing activities

Requirements:

* Must have served a recognized apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
* Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms and disabled adaptations
* Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
* Plastering trade discipline (desirable)
* Ability to carry out multi-skill trades
* Housing Association experience is essential
* Driving license is essential
* Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools
