About the Role

We are seeking a certified Kinaxis Solution Architect to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our supply chain planning team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into Kinaxis RapidResponse software specifications, following supply chain industry trends and best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document RapidResponse configuration requirements.
  • Select standard functionalities in RapidResponse and design data model changes, solution configuration and customizations.
  • Lead solution blueprinting and detailed design activities.
  • Assign configuration tasks to project members according to their skills, review deliverables and track completion.
Requirements
  • Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification.
  • Experience implementing any supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions like o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, E2Open, etc.
  • First-hand experience in leading a team through at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution.
  • Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions.
