Corporate and Real Estate Tax Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Lawyer to join our thriving national practice, with excellent opportunities for progression. The role can be based in various locations across the UK, including Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, Leeds, and Manchester.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate and real estate tax advisory work, with a minimum of 2 years PQE. They will be involved in a broad range of transactional support for clients, including VAT, SDLT planning, and stamp duty, as well as delivering tax structuring advice and stand-alone advisory work.

The team works closely with colleagues in the Private Wealth Trusts, Estates, and Tax team, supporting on corporate transactions and providing tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and restructuring. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
