The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Offshore Personnel Development Team as a Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing data, creating reports, and developing policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a flexible attitude. They will also have the ability to prioritize tasks, work to deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The role will involve working closely with the Offshore/Field Staff colleagues, as well as other internal departments, to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data and create reports using Power BI
  • Develop and refine policies and procedures
  • Support the delivery of safety training initiatives
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operation of the team
  • Undertake vessel/asset visits to deliver OPDT services and initiatives
Requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible attitude and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience with Power BI and data analysis
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
