We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Seafood Pub Company in the beautiful Forest of Bowland. As a seasoned professional, you will bring your expertise to our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding culinary experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Sous Chef, with a keen eye for detail and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in creating menus, leading the team, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a generous salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a share of cash and card tips (circa. £3,500 per annum). You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including access to our profit share scheme, flexible shift patterns, and enhanced holiday entitlement.
