Key Responsibilities- Recruitment, retention, and engagement of staff team(s)
- Leading continuous professional development of teams
- Undertaking regular quality supervisions, appraisals, debriefs, team meetings
- Managing rotas and time sheets for the service in line with procedures
- Completing a minimum of 12 hours per week directly supporting individuals
- Identifying and developing talent for succession planning
- Undertaking senior support worker, team leader, and support worker duties where applicable
- Covering shifts where there is a shortfall within the rota and no cover can be found
- Participating in the company on-call system outside of normal operating hours
- Liaising with responsible housing providers for repairs and maintenance
- Leading on health and safety responsibilities as determined by the partnership with the housing provider
