About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, retention, and engagement of staff team(s)
  • Leading continuous professional development of teams
  • Undertaking regular quality supervisions, appraisals, debriefs, team meetings
  • Managing rotas and time sheets for the service in line with procedures
  • Completing a minimum of 12 hours per week directly supporting individuals
  • Identifying and developing talent for succession planning
  • Undertaking senior support worker, team leader, and support worker duties where applicable
  • Covering shifts where there is a shortfall within the rota and no cover can be found
  • Participating in the company on-call system outside of normal operating hours
  • Liaising with responsible housing providers for repairs and maintenance
  • Leading on health and safety responsibilities as determined by the partnership with the housing provider
