Promote Efficient Operations within Fortus Recruitment Group Limited, a pioneering recruitment company dedicated to the repairs & maintenance sector. We're looking for a seasoned Operations Planning and Control Specialist to oversee planning operations on behalf of a reputable Housing Association.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Planning and Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of resources to meet contract objectives.
  2. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication of KPI targets.
  4. Process Enhancement: Collaborate with teams to refine processes and boost overall productivity.
  5. Customer Centricity: Contribute to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through focused performance delivery.
  6. Data-Driven Insights: Generate actionable insights from performance data, customer satisfaction, and service delivery reports.
  7. Meetings and Reporting: Attend regular contract meetings and produce reports as necessary.

A successful candidate will have experience in social housing repairs, excellent IT skills, and a track record of driving operational improvements.

£50,000 - £70,000 per annum
