Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Supervisor to join our team in London. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting Partners with new business intake, identifying potential conflicts of interest, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities



  • Review and activate matters for new and existing clients, including urgent and complex requests
  • Run AML checks on new clients and review/approve client and matter name changes
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel's New Business Acceptance Committee and Senior Partners on the opening process
  • Aid in system upgrades and testing, participate in interviews, and provide feedback to management
  • Conduct functional/technical skills training and mentoring of Analysts, and monitor workloads to allocate tasks accordingly

Requirements



  • Minimum three years' experience in a Conflict's role at a reasonably sized law firm
  • University or College degree (preferred)
  • Intapp conflicts system knowledge (preferred)
  • AML experience (advantageous)
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity for problem-solving, proficiency in identifying and mitigating reputational risks, and proactive approach
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills, adept at multitasking, and ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively as a team member
  • Fluency in English (required)

Location & Reporting


This role is based in our London office and reports to the Global Compliance and New Business Operations Director. Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
