Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated supervisor to assist the managers in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and deliver an exceptional service to customers. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for providing perfect product knowledge, giving excellent service, and connecting with each guest that you serve. You will set an example to our other waiters and help to nurture and train them to be the best they can be.

About the Role

The supervisor role is perfect for someone who prides themselves on delivering exceptional service, providing perfect product knowledge, and connecting with each guest. You will be responsible for participating in the delivery of all food and beverage services, setting up refectory and events, and nurturing and developing new catering assistants. You will also be required to adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings, and liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated supervisor with at least 1 year's experience working in a supervisor/management role. You will need to be able to provide exceptional service to our guests, participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services, set up refectory and events, nurture and develop new catering assistants, adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings, and liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers. You will also need to be able to deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and refer them to the line manager if necessary.
