Nursing Home Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Nursing Home Operations Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and the ability to manage a team of skilled care professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to residents.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of a team of skilled care professionals.
- Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC.
- Manage the home's budget, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
- Proven track record of managing a nursing home, with a good working knowledge of CQC standards.
- Enthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person-centred care.
- Comprehensive induction and training programme.
