Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Specialist to join our reactive maintenance team, working on domestic properties in the Peterborough area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry repairs, including hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, and architraves.

Additionally, they will perform basic plumbing tasks, such as fitting taps and sinks, and work on various projects across the social housing sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications
